How to make Strawberry Jelly Pie at home



For the pie crust

– ¾ Cup all purpose flour

– ¼ Cup butter

– 2 Pinches salt

For the filling

– ½ Cup strawberry jelly mix

– ¾ Cup water

– ¾ Cup strawberries


For the pie crust

1) Sieve the flour.

2) Add butter and salt to the flour.

3) Mix it together to make a dough.

4) Refrigerate the dough for 20 mins.

5) Roll the dough into a thin sheet. (Note: If the rolled-out dough is uneven its fine don’t worry about the shape)

6) Press the rolled-out dough into a pie dish or a round baking tray.

7) Bake the dough at 200 degree Celsius for 15 mins.

For the filling

1) Add ½ cup strawberry jelly mix in ¾ cup water and bring the mix to a boil.

2) Take the mix off the stove and mix the strawberries.

3) Add the mix immediately into the pie crust and refrigerate for 1 hour or until its firm.
